La memoria fraccionada.
Argentina está atravesando una revisión histórica sin precedentes, por varios motivos:-a) desde la seguridad jurídica: No es compatible con el estado de derecho, que tres gobiernos democráticos sucesivos y consecutivos, el último reelecto de hecho; haya encaminado la solución -si puede llamársela de alguna manera- del proceso histórico nacional de terrorismo y terrorismo de Estado que ha dividido y sigue dividiendo al pueblo argentino en sus argumentaciones; con leyes y Decretos, totalmente legítimos desde el procedimiento y la vigencia de las normas, aún cuando su contenido moral sea objetable; al perdón y a la superación compasiva con miras a la reconciliación nacional. Inexplicablemente, desde el derecho, la intención inequívoca de pueblo que a través de sus legítimos representantes lo ha así decidido y desde la más básica lógica, el cuarto gobierno, decide ANULAR todo lo hecho hasta ahora, borrando el accionar legítimo del país, ya transcurridos mas de 13 años de la transición democrática. Resulta por lo menos poco serio.-b) desde el espíritu conciliador: Evidentemente Argentina no es un país agresivo o guerrero, por lo que en todo caso esa amnesia que suele solucionarle infantilmente los problemas a los ciudadanos, fue lo que el accionar del Estado había plasmado por suerte o seguramente para nuestra desgracia. Pero esta contramarcha, no hace mas que desnudar en forma patética una verdadera confrontación nacional, que además de anacrónica, ahora amenaza con transmitirse a generaciones que debían ser inmunes.-c) desde el enfoque asimétrico de la revisión: Quien reivindique la historia como medio para no volver a cometer los mismos errores y comprender mejor la realidad, no puede eludir parte de la historia. Sin entrar a polemizar, está claro que el pretexto histórico del terrorismo de Estado, fue el terrorismo político previo, sin embargo, resulta que esa parte de la historia -incomprensible e inconcientemente- está siendo oculta a la sociedad que empieza a despertar de nuevo estos análisis. No es sano y menos aún justo, mostrar sólo una parte de la historia, hace perderle entidad y sentido al instituto revisionista mismo.-d) desde los riesgos que apareja: Los yerros o aciertos del tratamiento de la cuestión hasta hoy, no habían hecho "desaparecer" a los agentes de aquellos años, por lo que hacer ese enfoque parcial y azuzar sin mas a las masas con un parche en el ojo histórico, es probable que genere mas que autocríticas, rencores y así, desconociendo la salud o eficiencia actual del aparato de inteligencia, no parece posible analizar la cadena de reacciones de esos grupos. Menos aún, parece tenerlo claro el gobierno revisionista y la mas clara muestra es la patética desaparición de Julio Lopez.Esperemos que esta desprolijidad típica argentina en tantos aspectos, esté teñida de la misma magia que la hace indestructible e incomprensible a los desconcertados ojos del mundo.

Argentina is undergoing an unprecedented historical review, for several reasons:-a) since legal certainty: It is not compatible with the rule of law, that three successive democratic governments and consecutive, the last re-elected to fact, has designed a solution if may be labeled in some way, the historical process of national terrorism and state terrorism that has divided and continues to divide the Argentine people in their arguments; with laws and decrees, entirely legitimate from the procedure and the validity of the rules, even if its content is morally objectionable, forgiveness and compassion overcoming with a view to national reconciliation. Inexplicably, from the right, the clear intent of people who through their legitimate representatives and was well chosen from the most basic logic, the fourth government decides CANCEL everything done so far, erasing the legitimate actions of the country in the past more than 13 years of democratic transition. It is at least somewhat serio.-b) from the spirit Conciliator: Argentina obviously is not an aggressive country, or warrior, so in any case that amnesia is often childishly solve the problems of citizens, was what the actions of the State had embodied by fate or certainly for our misfortune.
